The Red Stripe Candler Park Music & Food Festival returns to Candler Park this weekend, and this year’s lineup of music and food is better than ever! We know you can’t wait for a weekend full of live music and good food, but before you go, here’s everything you need to know!
Tickets are required for entry, and are free! For guaranteed entry and the option to purchase and consume alcohol for those 21+, an event wristband must be purchased for $10. The event wristband is valid for both days. Buy your advance event wristband here!
VIP Wristbands are now sold out! The VIP experience allows guaranteed event admission for both days, a reserved viewing area, private concessions, comfort restrooms, complimentary bicycle valet and treats from sponsors. Must be 21+ for VIP area access.
Ticket Redemption & Wristband Pickup
Freshtix tickets will be redeemed for your event wristband at the festival entrance on McClendon Ave, near the corner of Candler Park Drive. Please bring your Freshtix tickets (physical copy or on your phone) and your photo ID. Wristbands are not distributed in advance.
VIP Ticket Holders: Use Lane 1
Advance Event Wristband Holders: Use Lanes 2 & 3
Free Ticket Holders: Enter or upgrade to event wristband via lanes 4–8
Friday: Gates open at 4PM | Music starts at 5:30PM
Saturday: Gates open at 12PM | Music starts at 12:30PM
Lineup & Schedule
This year has a stellar lineup including headliners The Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, Drive-By Truckers, Shovels & Rope, and more! There has been a Saturday lineup change, and Hardy & The Hardknocks will be replacing Roadkill Ghost Choir. Full lineup and schedule below.
What To Bring:
- (1) sealed, plastic bottle of water per person
- Personal soft backpack or bag (subject to search for prohibited items)
- Point-and-shoot digital cameras (with no detachable lens)
What NOT To Bring:
- Chairs of ANY kind
- Framed backpacks or bags
- Food or Beverages
- Coolers or picnic baskets
- Umbrellas of any kind
We encourage attendees to ride MARTA, and get off at the Edgewood/Candler Park stop! Parking in the area is extremely limited, so if you must drive, please carpool and park only in clearly marked areas, being respectful to the Candler Park neighbors.
Candler Park Festival has partnered with the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition to provide a free bike valet area for those wishing to ride their bikes. A valet attendant will remain on duty throughout the event to park and monitor bikes.
