“Taste of Atlanta Tuesdays” Neighborhood Dinner Series, sponsored by Springer Mountain Farms, kicks off next week, September 13, at Colletta!

tt_colletta_980x300As food aficionados eagerly anticipate Taste of Atlanta weekend Oct. 21-23, the organizers behind the city’s signature food festival have whipped up the ultimate culinary amuse bouche in advance — Taste of Atlanta Tuesdays, a series of four weekly five-course paired tasting menus in some of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods created by some of Atlanta’s finest chefs. It’s all served for a wallet-reassuring $85 per dinner, tax and tip included.

On Tuesday, September 13, Chef Michael Perez of Colletta at Avalon will create an amazing, 5 course tasting menu, paired with wine, cocktails and craft beer. This is your chance to discover some of the most creative cuisine in the city and meet the amazing culinary talent that calls Atlanta home.

The dinner begins at 7 p.m., and Chef Perez will visit every table to discuss the sumptuous flavor profiles he has created for the night’s menu. Reservations are limited. Book your spot today!
