2017 is off to a strong start for Freshtix! We’re proud to share some exciting new developments to our platform.
Firstly, check out your new Organization page!
Your new page has all of your events in one really good looking place. As part of our mobile-first strategy, the page has an easy-to-read calendar that converts to a list when viewed on a mobile device. The event calendar is interactive and allows direct access to event purchase pages.The calendar automatically displays the first month your events take place, and this format allows users to view an entire month’s worth of events at once, increasing awareness for you. The page also displays all of your events in a chronological list beneath the calendar which, in addition to user-friendliness, helps drive SEO traffic.
We’ve also added links to your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram profiles as well as your website, and there’s a new ‘Contact Us’ form for your attendees to get in touch with you.
To edit your page, head over to the ‘My Organization’ link in your dashboard.

As we shared with you in our last update, 2016 was an exciting year for Freshtix. As we work to continue that momentum in 2017, the feedback of event organizers is one of our most valuable resources.
On the Freshtix Support site, we make it easy to provide feedback, request new features, or even just to introduce yourself to the Freshtix Organizer community.
